Collect and store negative examples

We need a way of collecting examples of frames where a finger isn't present.

Ideas:

• Explicitly ask the user.
• Collect it at a point where they're unlikely to have their finger in the camera, e.g:
  • Just after the setup instruction, when they click the next button.
