Alignment with the whitepaper

Problem description
We have published a whitepaper "CAMARA APIs: Functional Differences". It describes a expected response to the API request in several scenarios.
The response table of Numer Recycling in Section 4.4 of the whitepaper should be referred since Sync26 release and onwards. In addition, a text in the API yaml file which is conflict with the whitepaper should be updated.

Possible evolution
-To be updated a text in the API yaml file which is conflict with the whitepaper.
-To add a text so as that readers can refer to the whitepaper
