Links to child Repos

I'm wondering if it could be useful to add, in the README.md file, the links to the Repos for SimpleEdgeDiscovery and TrafficInfluence.

Maybe nearby the feature description in the bullet list below: "It provides the customer with the ability to"

I think it's a good idea -- but we may need to ask Commonalities, because the existing README.md template does not account for this, and other API families may wish to follow the same suggestion.

The discussion in Commonalities is closed, the conclusions are:

• Edge Cloud is a CAMARA Sub Project (API Family) it includes more than one API. An API can have its how Repo. Edge Cloud, as Sub Project has its own Wiki and every API in Edge Cloud will have a child Wiki page under the Edge Cloud Wiki Page (under construction)
• In the README.md file of the Sub Project Edge Cloud it is possible to include links to the API Repos of the APIs that have their own Repo. Anyway this will not "coded" in the READMD.md file template
