When I try to integrate my test runner with karma and rollup i get the error global is not defined

OK, I did some digging, in my case, node-process-es6 is consumed by rollup-plugin-node-builtins, which in turn, uses two global methods, "events" and "util". According to rollup-plugin-node-builtins readme, the util also requires a sibling plugin, rollup-plugin-node-globals. I didn't had it in my Rollup config and that's why Rollup was didn't have global available for util to consume from and this trickled to rollup-plugin-node-builtins and from there, to this library, node-process-es6.

@tim-kilian Consider adding rollup-plugin-node-globals to your Rollup plugins (if the issue is still relevant). It did solve the issue for me.

@revelt adding 'rollup-plugin-node-globals' solved the issue for me too.
alternatively, when I turn on treeshaking (default is on tho) then the issue would also disappear, but that feels to me like a magical trick that would end up breaking without notice, so I too would advice to use the '...-globals' plugin instead
