<article class="resume-job"><p class="resume-job-dates">November 2022 - May 2026</p><div class="resume-job-body"><h3>Meta</h3><p class="resume-role">Content designer to senior content designer · Horizon and AI systems</p><ul>
<li>Built a domain-specific AI content-design agent and its operating model. It used deterministic checks for hard rules and returned traceable recommendations, while contextual decisions stayed with specialists. Content designers and partners across Meta adopted it, and it remained in use after my departure.</li>
<li>Converted an AI assistant's response-quality rubric into 29 deterministic checks and built voice baselines from thousands of shipped strings across ten products. The standards lived in tools and review workflows, not only in documentation.</li>
<li>Led content strategy and metadata information architecture for Horizon portals, the spatial navigation system introduced at Meta Connect 2024. I defined progressive disclosure, secured the canonical entry point, and delivered a reusable, localizable pattern.</li>
<li>Co-developed a new-user strategy that replaced a fourteen-plus-lesson first run with just-in-time education inside VR. The work improved onboarding and retention, and the Meta Quest team adopted the approach.</li>
<li>Authored more than 100 shipped product and infrastructure changes, including code. I also built an experimentation practice that helped more than 35 content designers test language and report results with product and research partners.</li>
