Update Cake.GitVersioning.yml

The Cake.AddinDiscoverer tool has discovered discrepancies between Cake.GitVersioning.yaml on Cake's web site and the metadata in the packages discovered on NuGet.org.

Cake.GitVersioning.yaml must be updated.

This issue was raised on July 8 but the AddinDiscovered failed to create the corresponding PR due to an unclear Sorry, your request timed out exception. I noticed a few similar exceptions intermittently between July 8 and July 11 but I don't see any exception in the last 48 hours (I am presuming the timeout issues in the GitHub API have been resolved).

I am closing this issue to allow AddinDiscoverer to recreate it along with the expected PR.
