CT Volume rotation and Translation

In this code, I need to rotate and translate the CT and generate the Cone Beam Image Is it possible to rotate and translate a ct into a new position, then generate the cone beam new image with its Source to detector distance and Source to Isocenter distance. Can you explain it is it possible ?

I'm not sure I exactly understand the question, but I suggest you use our new software mbirjax. The new software is more flexible. It allows for rotation of the detector and includes other preprocessing operations.
