Have spotted this previously but never been around to watch the outcome close to when it occurred.
As a result of Ausgrid and subsequently NBN dropping out I noticed they the adapter isn't resuming. It still runs, seems to ping but never actually recovers leaving rates to become stale.
For the AEMO rates it seems to be trying too hard (Max retries exceeded) when internet returns... maybe it's expecting something other than what it's receiving and subsequently retrying?

For the amber rates, not sure what's happening, maybe it's being blocked by the AEMO process/thread?
