RV Trax ("we", "our", "us") operates the RV Trax platform — a real-time GPS lot management system for RV dealerships. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

- Real-time GPS coordinates from LoRaWAN trackers attached to units

- Gateway device locations and telemetry
- Dashboard interactions and feature usage (via PostHog analytics)

- JWT tokens — Short-lived (15 min) with rotating refresh tokens
- Multi-tenant isolation — Application-level dealership data separation
- Rate limiting — Per-endpoint and per-API-key limits
- Input validation — All inputs validated with Zod schemas
- Webhook signatures — HMAC-SHA256 signed payloads
- Account data — Retained while your account is active; deleted within 90 days of account closure
- Location history — Retained for 12 months, then aggregated into summary statistics
- Audit logs — Retained for 24 months for compliance purposes
- Analytics data — Anonymized and retained indefinitely for product improvement

The web dashboard uses:

RV Trax is a B2B platform for dealership operations. We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.
