Page title change & auto copy (c)URL to clipboard #31

Description

@phyck

I like how swiftly this extension gets me to the good stuff without anything else BUT sadly the original page title (that always contains the content title) also falls under that 'anything else'.
We just get a generic title like: 'Stream Bypass (eugenemakedraw.com)' which is (no offense) completely useless other than to promoting the extension.
(This is not an issue for iframes embedding the external streaming hosts since we still have the main page as before but only when going directly to external streaming hosts)

So I'd love it if you could generate the new page title out of the original page title, something like this example for voe.sx:
From: original VOE page title: "Watch Some.Movie.mp4 - VOE | Content Delivery Network (CDN) & Video Cloud"
To: "Some.Movie.mp4 | Stream Bypass (eugenemakedraw.com/e/a3y8ilydeqew)"
OR even better: "Some.Movie.mp4 | Stream Bypass (voe.sx/e/a3y8ilydeqew)" (eugenemakedraw.com is just a mirror & might go offline while the voe.sx/e/a3y8ilydeqew possibly still works (by redirect to the video but now hosted on another mirror domain)

It should be very similar for the other supported streaming sites.
I haven't set up ff2mpv yet either & I bet there's no issue there either (since mpv just reads the title directly from the file meta data which is probably also accessible by the extension to get the video title for generating the new page title (web player in browser)

I'll check out the source when I have some time, might be able to 'fix' this easily (tho must admit my ts is a bit rusty)

Almost forgot: an option to 'automatically copy (c)URL to clipboard' would be very handy as well!
I usually use vlc player (and 'open in vlc' extension to collect video sources & send (all) those to vlc player (as a m3u8 playlist containing everything needed, incl. referrer, title) using a native client as well.
It doesn't seem to work after stream-bypass, so support for 'open in vlc' extension would be welcome too (and it seems pretty similar to ff2mpv)
