The old link https://download.pytorch.org/libtorch seems already been removed :

while I execute such command:
wget "https://mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/pytorch/libtorch/cu12.8/libtorch-cxx11-abi-shared-with-deps-2.1.0%2Bcu12.8.zip"

The error occurs:
Connecting to mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn (mirrors.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn)|198.18.0.4|:443... connected. HTTP request sent, awaiting response... 404 Not Found 2025-05-18 16:51:38 ERROR 404: Not Found.

I later fix this problem by manually download libtorch.zip file use this website.
Click it in,and then you select libtorch linux cuda-version button in turn and download zip file.
It is very large,you should wait a while.
