Coupon Code - Free Coupon redirects to No Confirmation Screen

While using the Coupon Code for Free Ticket, and when we booked two tickets with free ticket coupon code, the process was fine until I clicked on proceed and Book Tickets. When I clicked on book tickets, it didn't take me to confirm screen and a blanks screen came up. Can you pls check.
