[Web UI] Use forms4s datatable for instances table

Forms4s recently got datatables support. It would be cool to use for the instances table that is currently custom-built.

It requires bumping the version of the dependency and using server mode of datatable.

If any problems arise, it might also require contributing fixes to forms4s.
