Scala LTS or Next

We have to decide if decision4s should stick to Scala LTS (3.3) or use Next (currently 3.6).

Since there is no binary guaranteed compatibility yet, I would update to Next. Then when version 0.1.0 is ready, wait for the next LTS version and stick to it. Which should be around 2026.

I agree, LTS should be the long-term plan. 2026 is pretty far, so I'm also okay to publish for 3.3 if it's possible (I can't remember if all the used features are there) and if there is demand.
