bootstrapping jails doesn't work

It seems python2 needs to be installed.

having fixed that by hand (pg install python2),

removing that from group_vars/all (#193), things seem to work (at least for ns1).

I'm not sure how to fix the python2 issue.

I think that's for Ansible to run so need a few raw steps at the beginning to install Python. I've done this a few times so can adapt it for FreeBSD.
