Add support for GAN timers and GAN protocol smart cubes

Currently, I don't have smart cubes or compatible timers to develop and test this feature.
However, this library looks very promising and seems easy to integrate:

Heads-up on the suggested library: it might be worth integrating poliva/smartcube-web-bluetooth instead of afedotov/gan-web-bluetooth.

It's a maintained MIT fork of that exact library, so the GAN side is unchanged - it still covers GAN Gen1–4 smart cubes and the GAN Smart Timer / GAN Halo Timer this issue is about, with the original GAN-specific APIs kept for backwards compatibility.

On top of that it adds a unified connectSmartCube() API that also supports Giiker/Mi Smart, GoCube/Rubik's Connected, MoYu and QiYi cubes.

Wow, I didn’t know about this one; it looks awesome. Although we already have a csTimer adapter implementedsrc/features/hardware, that consumes all logic developed by them. I made it some weeks ago, and it worked with regular Stackmats, so I’d assume it should work similarly for smart cubes and Bluetooth timers too, just following the HardwareAdapter pattern. Anyway, it would be good to validate both options.

Perfect support of GAN Halo Smarttimer.
The only problem is, that only the left mic channel works for the timer. The right channel should interact with the function button on the GAN Halo. This button is used for resetting the timer / turning on the timer.
I am using cstimer too, and the right mic channel is supported.

hi @klsystem1, quick question: when you press the reset button, do you expect it to reset the time to 0 in the app? That's the issue?

Okok i got you, I didn't think it was necessary reset the UI, resetting the timer 🤣... I will check if we have some callback related to it.

Hi! many thanks to this pull request! It works fine!
My son is very happy! Do you know when the stackmat can be used by bluetooth ? The timer is a little bit delayed on the screen, but this is no problem.
We found out that insepction timer only works with bluetooth as cstimer.
