Ability to register studies and participants with the CLI script

This would help labs who register their studies in Firebase rather than a public tool like prolific. Would be better than editing Firestore directly

Yeah that's a good idea, we have a CLI script for downloading data and this would be a neat addition to it. Most folks use Prolific at this point though so it won't be very high priority
