Hello! Title says it all.
I made sure both canteens were empty.
I used Belt. I made sure the belt was clean and dry with no status effects such as wet or bloody.
In the craft menu, under the 'attach canteens' recipe, the canteens were lit up but the belt was grey, as if I didn't have that part of the recipe.
