Crash when applying DepMap to gene list from MONDO

DepMap expander returns 502 error when applying it to a MONDO gene list?

This was due to a 30-second timeout (the query takes 1 minutes and 8 seconds to finish). I have restarted the DepMap expander server with much larger time allotment.

I can see now a different error now:

SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unterminated string at line 1 column 1081019 of the JSON data

(the response is 1.36MB). Does node or browser have a response size limit?
