Fail to install "MRMCaov" due to "a different version of GNU Fortran"

I followed the instructions to download "MRMCaov" package from local .tar.gz file, and ran into this problem.

R version: 3.6
Mac

Can you provide the Fortran version used to create data_types.mod?

I have the same problem on Fedora Linux 31:

The version of Fortran is GNU Fortran (GCC) 9.2.1 20190827 (Red Hat 9.2.1-1)
and R is version 3.6.2

Possibly fixed now in 0.1.5. I'll confirm when I get back to the office on Friday and have access to a Linux machine.

It seems to have fixed the initial issue with the Fortran version. However, I ran into new troubles:

From https://cran.r-project.org/doc/manuals/r-release/R-admin.html#macOS-packages, it looks like additional steps are needed to install a source package (.tar.gz) on Mac OS X. This is true of Windows too, but I am able to create a binary version (.zip) on my Windows machine and post it here for easy installation. I'll try to find a Mac machine to create and post a binary version (.tgz) for that OS. The source should install on Linux without needing extra steps, although I have not tried compiling the package Fortran code with gcc versions beyond 4.X.

The longer term solution will be to get the package on CRAN so that they can create and provide package versions for the different OSs.
