Subject: [PATCH] build(fmt): leave jsr.json to release-please, as CHANGELOG.md
 already is

release-please rewrites jsr.json when it bumps the version and expands every
array, which the formatter then reports, so the Check workflow failed on the
2.5.0 release PR until a formatting commit was pushed to it. scripts/jsr.ts
rewrites only the exports block, so the staleness check is unaffected.
