Hello, could you please provide the versions of the packages used in the code's runtime environment? I encountered errors when running the code in Python 1.13.1 and torch_geometric 2.2.0 environment.

Hi Elgiva, I used some old versions of the packages. For Pytorch, I believe I used a version earlier than 1.9.0. For torch_geometric, it should be a version earlier than 1.7.0. Currently, my environment is no longer throwing any errors; however, I am facing the following error: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'datasets/MUTAG/processed/data_deg+odeg100.pt'. I have created a 'datasets' folder in the directory, but it doesn't seem to resolve the issue.
