Not able to add extensions with the "extensions"

Summary

When I try to add extension ut returns an api rate limited

Reproduction Steps

Go to the extension tab and type extensions and click add then a bottom sheet appears where listed all the extension and choosing and add returns api rate limited

Expected Result

Extension need to be added

Actual Result

Api rate limited
