You didn't mentioned what is the panel size, but from the picture I suggested it as p4 80x40 s10. It's means that the panel is a outdoor type and may needs a specific pixel mapping.
Did you try to run the dmd_spwm_panel example?

The physical dimensions doesn't matter. What's important is the size in pixels.

Please edit dmd_spw_panel example, replacing the line

Here a video of my setup: i made connections between my breadboard ane the hub75 connector, i downloaded the code into the stm32, but when i power the board and the screen, and press rst, nothing append on the panel. what do you recommand to power the board + the panel ?

As far I understand, there are nothing on the matrix when you run the code?

Please clarify what is your STM32 board and show the exact code that you tried to run.

and i use stm32f401cc but i think i have a problem in my power supplies because i dont have enough V 18650 is 3.7V and if i use phone charger like in the video is 5v but 1A

Incorrect. It should be the other way around: CLK = PA6, LAT = PB7
It's critically important that the CLK be on the same port as the RGB lines. But you currently have the RGB on port A, and the CLK on port B. That won't work.

ok i reverse it and now i have a little thing at the first try i have 2 little blue line (~10 pixel) at the second try 2 litlle red line lower in the panel

This picture indicates that your panel is not initialized correctly. If you have no problems with the code, you most likely have connection issues. These panels use high-frequency signals, up to 20 MHz, so a reliable connection is crucial. As far as I can see from the picture, you're using a breadboard and separate wires. With this connection, it's impossible to ensure stable contact.
