Request for PR submission guidelines for new dashboards

I am from Sentry Software, a BMC Helix partner.

We would like to contribute several dashboards related to:

• hardware monitoring
• system monitoring
• storage monitoring

Before preparing the pull requests, could you please provide:

• contribution guidelines
• preferred repository structure
• dashboard packaging/export expectations
• any validation or review requirements
• documentation/screenshot expectations
