Why is this a false positive?

Hi!,
I’m writing this on behalf of the Hyros Engineering Team. Simply put, Hyros is a platform that allows users to visualize interactions between their customers and the Ads they’re running, providing them with a way of knowing exactly which of their Ads are the most performing.
We recently noticed that some VPNs and privacy tools started blocking our tracking domain. We understand that this is expected for tracking-related domains, and we’re not looking to challenge that.
What caught our attention, though, is that the current entry appears to be affecting resources served from the parent domain as well. As a result, our sales site and application can end up partially or completely broken for users behind VPNs or privacy tools using this list. In particular, we’ve seen CSS resources being blocked and JavaScript required by the application not being loaded correctly. As an example, this can be reproduced on https://hyros.com and https://app.hyros.com with nordVPN's phishing protection enabled.
We found that the entries in the list can be causing the mentioned issues:

Would it be possible to remove hyros.com and app.hyros.com from the blocklist while keeping tracking.hyros.com and t.hyros.com blocked? Those are the subdomains we use specifically for third-party tracking on our customers’ pages, so blocking those independently would still achieve your intended privacy protection without affecting the rest of the site.
If filtering by subdomain isn’t possible with the current format of the list, we’d also appreciate any alternative approach that would prevent first-party resources from being blocked when they’re loaded as part of our own site/application. We’d prefer not to have to ask users to disable any protection just to use the site.
Neither hyros.com nor app.hyros.com serve ads.
