Describe the Problem
Bookworm fails to detect language tags in HTML files and doesn't switch languages, so it's practically unusable for bilingual educational material even when language tags exist.
To Reproduce
- Open the zipped HTML file via Bookworm. Make sure your screen reader is set to switch languages while reading. Alternatively, use an engine for Bookworm that supports this capability.
- Navigate around the file, or use Bookwarm's selected engine or voice. See how Bookwarm doesn't switch between French and English.
Expected behavior
With the attached file, Bookwarm should expose language tags, French and English, to screen readers. Its own engine/ voice, if it supports this capability, should also perform language switching while reading.

HTML files or pages can have proper language tags, making it easier for screen readers to switch to the proper language. However, Bookworm totally disregards these tags and doesn't alter the reading language, both when it's handling the reading or when a screen reader is reading the displayed text. As such, Bookworm cannot be used for educational bilingual material.
