Suggestion to update GitHub Flow link in CONTRIBUTING.md

I noticed that all the hyperlinked GitHub Flow text in the CONTRIBUTING.md document redirects to the GitHub Docs page. I believe it would be more helpful for contributors if these links pointed directly to a page about GitHub Flow.

I found this GitHub page that provides an overview of GitHub Flow:
https://docs.github.com/en/get-started/quickstart/github-flow.

Also noticed that the Reporting Bugs header has hyper-link in the word "issues" that leads to a random repository...

The text under the header (that is hyperlinked) takes you to a 404 page.
