Complete pxie 5170R tests and documentation

The PR #27 has been merged to main to refactor the structure of the repo and correct some errors, but still requires some work to have a fully functional driver:

• Test with hardware
• Add documentation
• Add to available instruments

I have restored the corresponding branch if anybody wants to continue from there and create another PR.
