enrichment_test() function not returning anything

I am trying to run the Phenotype_Enrichment notebook.

The AssociationSetFactory function enrichment_test is not returning anything. I have tried using different p-values as well as printing out messages from within the function.

I want to get the most common phenotype ancestors for a set of genes.
