how to get realtions from kegg,reactome and wikipathway

after i read the paper " Integration of Structured Biological Data Sources using Biological Expression Language", i tried to get the gene-gene regulatory relations from the three databases, but i failed . i hope you can give me a answer to help me solve the problem
