Linux Mint CP437 outputting garbage instead of ANSI

I'm running the latest version of Usurper and still having issues with ANSI not outputting. I'm running v49 Mystic BBS on Linux Mint. Any ideas on how to fix would be super appreciated. www.theunderground.us:10023
