Build a multilingual website with jekyll

Intro

Currently BITBLOG is only in english. Bitcoin Cash is world wide and the blog should be internationalized.

Steps

BITBLOG is built w/ jekyll. Here's a post regarding how to build a multilingual website with jekyll.

1. Install jekyll
2. Clone the repo: https://github.com/bigearth/bitblog
3. Add internationalization structure for 1 language. Once we have a working pattern we can copy it for other languages.

Submitted PR #11 for the $100 BCH multilingual Jekyll bounty: #11

It adds a reusable i18n structure with language metadata in _config.yml, localized strings in _data/i18n.yml, a language switcher include, Spanish home/about pages, and one translated post as the first language pattern.

Verification completed:

• git diff --checkn- inspected localized file layout under es/, _data/, and _includes/n
  Note: I could not run �undle exec jekyll build here because Ruby/Bundler are not installed in this Windows environment.
