We need to institute a test in the cloud against the hardware (i.e. on self-hosted runner like that in the Starter kit. This needs test every command that interacts with hardware via our testing/evaluation container. See the README for individual operations; we can skip the uv run romulan hardware request-addr function (it will be removed).
