Need to add manifest version

In the json file, you need to add manifest_version":2" (http://developer.chrome.com/extensions/manifestVersion.html) in order for the file to download correctly.

Also, this extension doesn't appear to be working. When open Netflix in Chrome, I see no green box. I don't have too much experience with JScript or Json in order to try and find the problem, any advice?
