Right now there’s a full minute timeout before the stream is swapped over to the person selected for raiding. This isn’t a code thing, it’s how Twitch parses the chat message Raid Conductor posts. There might be a different chat command or different permissions that can be configured to start the raid immediately or after a few seconds.
