Bug: Error on command first run

I installed vizex in a python 3.12 venv and attempted to run, but I get this error:

I made sure `python3-dev` is installed but to no avail. 

System info:
- Ubuntu 24.04 Server
- Arch: ARM64
- Python 3.12
