All log output showing up as 'ERROR' log level when outputting using either syslog or gelf

This may be a configuration issue on my end but hoping you could shed some light on it. I am successfully able to use your addon to send HA OS logs to a syslog or a gelf destination. In my case, I am using Seq to process either.

The issue I am experiencing is that everything from HA is classified with a log level of error.

I do get Warnings/Info level messages from other sources.

I found your post, which suggests post-processing in Graylog to extract log levels. It doesn't look like Seq has that feature as far as I can tell, so I am wondering if this is possible to handle on the producer side (logspout)

As you probably discovered already, add-ons only log to stdout and/or stderr, which Logspout translates into info or error. Translating the logs to other levels would require some level of parsing of the logs. Since add-ons can log in different formats this has to be configurable to make it work for different add-ons. I have thought about building something like that but what holds me back is that it requires quite some work and more maintenance and would complicate the configuration (requiring an additional yaml config file for example). So I don't think that I myself will write something like that anytime soon.
