<p>Only this small, schema-closed four-lane aggregate file. Raw archives, Parquet, private collector receipts, local paths and row payloads stay outside the Railway static publication. A bounded shared-secret admission receipt is required at import before any continuous route can activate. The committed snapshot does not prove that a Hetzner-to-GitHub-to-Railway refresh is active.</p>
