Steps to reproduce

1. Add Aegis shortcut to quick settings tile area (double pull-down drawer in Android 16)
2. Force close Aegis app or restart device to ensure app is not running
3. Pull down quick settings panel twice to access quick tiles
4. Observe the Aegis tile state (see screenshot)
5. Tap the tile when app is not running -> nothing happens
6. Launch app normally, then close it and repeat step 4

What do you expect to happen?

• The Aegis quick settings tile should always be enabled and functional regardless of app state
• Tapping the tile should launch the app within 2-3 seconds maximum

What happens instead?

• When Aegis app hasn't been running, the quick settings tile appears greyed out and is non-functional
• When the app has run previously but is not currently active, the tile is enabled but takes 5-8 seconds to actually open the app window
• User is forced to open the app from the app drawer when tile is greyed out

Thanks for your report. This was already reported in #1710 and fixed in #1761, we just haven't gotten to releasing it yet. I am expecting to do a release somewhere this week.
