`panhuman-2` index based on HPRC release 2

@bede I just saw the HPRC release 2 preprint; super exciting! Any plans for adding the index to this repo?

Hey @niemasd , yes I've already built a few indexes based on HPRC v2 but have yet to finalise the default indexing parameters for what will be panhuman-2. I'm v. happy to share what I have if you'd like to test? I can also update the deacon-indexes repo so that you can easily build different versions yourself?

Awesome, that's great to hear! I'd be happy to test it out, but I'm also happy to wait until you're completely ready to release: no rush at all 😄
