I've found an issue where under certain circumstances, libPassword can make it near impossible to unlock your device.
Here are the steps.
- Have libPassword installed and with a saved passcode.
- Change your passcode.
- Turn your phone off without unlocking before doing so. (EX: Change your passcode and immediately power off).
- Find that not only do no libPassword tweaks work, but the fact that the old password is saved, causes the real passcode (and Touch ID, since that is reboot disabled, and BioBoot won't work).
The passcode will work in safe mode. You have to delete the plist file with the saved passcode, and reboot, libPassword will acknowledge it doesn't have the passcode (EX: for BioBoot to work).
