What to build

Deliver a complete E2E slice that drives the full Initial RUP path from SD through SR and SFD, then executes Recommend Ready to Approved and verifies persisted transition history and a lightweight UI history sanity check.

Acceptance criteria

• Scenario covers SD -> SR -> SFD -> RR -> A end-to-end in UI actions.
• Persisted transition history assertions pass for full sequence and actor roles.
• One lightweight UI status history sanity check is present.
