Clicking on picklist doesn't close it

Describe the task
When you select a Ministry from the dropdown, once you make a selection it does not go away making the user think it didn't work. The workaround is to click away from the picklist in order to hide it an move onto the next section. Knowing it's a multi-pick, maybe checkboxes would have been better.

thanks @marklise for this, good suggestion around checkboxes, this is a limitation of doing json driven UI, but will see if we can do checkboxes. :)
