Suggested size: 1280×720 or 1280×640 (16:9). Capture the globe and left sidebar together after the catalog has loaded.

GitHub social preview (optional)

Repository Settings → General → Social preview accepts 1280×640. You can crop the same screenshot or export a wider banner.

Tips

  • Use Live mode with satellites visible; Paused if you want a static frame.
  • Object type Starlink shows the orange servicing link, gateway/PoP markers, and purple/cyan count pills — a distinctive shot for releases.
  • Select a satellite or ground site so the details panel on the globe (upper-left) is visible, if you want to document that UI.
  • Hide personal location in the overlay if sharing publicly (deny location before capture, or crop).
