modeline bottom border wrong position

With emacs-29 the modeline bottom border position seems higher than it should be.
Here's a screenshot with doom modeline enabled but the same happens with the default modeline. Not sure if it's something about my config though.

The issue is caused by the underline, set x-underline-at-descent-line to t will fix this issue.
