Add dynamic opengraph tags

To increase social footprint, we should add opengraph tags. Adding static ones would be pretty straightforward, but it would be cooler if they were dynamically generated, like how the old github skyline did.

We should look into workers-og for implementing this.

Would likely not be able to use workers-og for most of this. Probably just the bottom section only.

Note that imgs and svgs are not supported: kvnang/workers-og#17

So likely would need to use Puppeteer or something similar to do the rendering where an image can be extracted..

That issue seems to be saying that the img/svg tags aren't directly supported, and that you should encode the image/svg into base64 format as a workaround. Example here
