I can't tell from that description what your issue is. What occurs when the agent asks you permission? |

That works for me. Try updating Claude code and the ACP wrapper. |
$ claude --version
2.0.75 (Claude Code)
$ cc-acp --version
cc-acp version 0.1.1
$ toad about | head -1
# About Toad v0.5.4
Are you sure you didn't grant the permission to claude directly for that folder beforehand? |

Latest claude-code-acp version is 0.12.6 and it is "claude-code-acp" not "cc-acp" |

claude-code-acptargets a completely different package from@zed-industries/claude-code-acp. Toad is working without issue.
