tiny-dfr doesn't start automatically on resume

What's wrong?

Intel T2 macs tiny-dfr starts on boot fine, but on suspend/resume, tiny-dfr goes away.

This is fixed by PR #5998. tiny-dfr and appletbdrm need to be unloaded before suspend and reloaded after, which the service handles. Confirmed on MacBookPro15,4 and MacBookAir8,1 — should work on A2251 (same T2 chipset). Install instructions in the PR.
