Where is the Waybar source/config? I'd like to contribute a UI improvement?

Hi everyone,

I've been customizing Omarchy's Waybar and ended up with a redesign that improves the visual polish while keeping the same overall layout.
Some of the changes include:

• Better spacing and padding
• Refined glassmorphism effect
• Improved workspace styling
• Better hover states
• More consistent rounded corners and module spacing

I'd love to contribute this back to Omarchy.
However, I couldn't find the Waybar configuration in this repository. I searched for it but only found the theme CSS files (such as themes/*/waybar.css and default/themed/waybar.css.tpl).

Could someone point me to where the actual Waybar configuration lives so I can submit a proper pull request?
I've attached a screenshot of the redesign below. If this is something you'd be interested in, I'm happy to clean it up and prepare a PR.

I think the Waybar config youre looking for is here on the dev branch, it has both config.jsonc and style.css.

Thanks! That was exactly what I was missing. I was looking on the quattro branch, so I couldn't find the Waybar config. I'll switch to dev and work on the PR. Appreciate it!

Note: the Quattro branch (aka Omarchy v4) is the upcoming release ,which has massive changes:

• Hyprland with lua instead of old .config files
• Redesign of UI, using Quickshell, and getting rid of Waybar (this why you couldn't find it)
  Note: it would be still possible to setup your System with waybar instead, but out of the box it will be Quickshell (which has more flexibility)
  I've installed the Alpha of 4.0.0 and it looks good, also it's quiet open for user plugins.

Thanks for the clarification! That makes a lot more sense now. I wasn't aware Quickshell had already replaced Waybar in the upcoming v4 release. I'll spend some time exploring the new panel and see how themes and plugins are structured. Hopefully I can adapt some of these UI ideas there. Thanks!

If you want to test it, it can be installed. But it is not production ready, so VM or 2nd machine recommended.

Two steps: set update->channel->edge,
After update, you currently need run the migration script manually from here:
